Lavender Oatmeal Goat Milk Body Soap

Lavender essential oil is known for its anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties. It also has antispasmodic, analgesic, detoxifying, hypotensive, and sedative effects. It is one of the most well-known essential oils in aromatherapy, and the gentlest for skin.

Oatmeal added to soap contains the anti-inflammatory and anti-itch benefits and is beneficial in the treatment for atopic dermatitis and eczema. The oatmeal is a silky powder that soothes the skin.

Milk adds a creaminess to the soap that very delightful. Handmade soap is great for the skin and adding milk only makes it better. Goat's milk is particularly moisturizing and nourishing to the skin because of capric-caprylic triglyceride. Capric-caprylic triglyceride is an effective skin moisturizer that helps to contribute to skin softness by forming a barrier on the skin to help inhibit the loss of moisture. It is the only milk that contains naturally occurring capric-caprylic triglycerides. The protein strands of goat milk are shorter than other types of milk and are more readily absorbed by skin. Our organic goat's milk is made by happy goats that are never fed anything genetically modified or containing animal bi-products and raised on farms that do not use any sprays, insecticides, or pesticides. Our goat milk is whole and has no BGH( growth hormones), antibiotics, or preservatives.

This tallow comes from a 100% organic, grass-fed farm. This means no crates or cages were ever used to house the animals, animals were provided an enriched environment with outdoor access, plenty of pasture to roam, as well as cared for by the same family from birth until death. This tallow has not been bleached, deodorized, hydrogenated, or altered. The beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. It creates a rich, creamy lather, good conditioning, hardness, and longevity to your soap.
